Delivery Destinations
We currently ship to United Kingdom addresses only. We do not ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or BFPO addresses at this time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification when your order has been despatched.
Delivery Time
Once despatched, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days to arrive. Please allow up to 7 business days before contacting us, as delays can occasionally occur during busy periods.
Delivery Cost
Standard delivery is a flat rate of £4.00 on all orders, regardless of order size or weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been despatched you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking availability depends on the delivery service used for your order. If tracking is available, your tracking reference will be included in your despatch email.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. Parcels not collected or redelivered within the courier's holding period may be returned to us.
If your order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A further delivery charge of £4.00 will apply for redelivery.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Varo Club cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us immediately at varoclubnicela@gmail.com.
Missing or Damaged Orders
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of your despatch notification, or if your items arrive damaged, please contact us at varoclubnicela@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.
Please retain any damaged packaging and items as these may be required for a courier claim.
